(1) Archive documents of different formation years should not be placed in the same archive box. It should be noted that the formation year is not the same as the year in which the document is signed, so annualization does not mean that the documents in the same file box are formed in one year. For example, documents formed across the year should be put together in the archived year if they are organized and archived in a certain year.

(2) Archive documents with different storage periods should not be placed in the same archive box.

(3) Archive documents formed by different institutions (problems) should not be placed in the same archive box. Even if the number a of documents formed by some institutions (problems) is small, when a box is not full, it should not be mixed with other archive boxes, but should be solved by using archive boxes of different thicknesses.

Points to note when packing:

One is to choose a file box with an appropriate thickness according to the thickness of the document, and try to make the file form a whole with the file box after it is boxed, so that the document will not be bent and damaged when standing. Sometimes the last few documents of a certain category are not enough to fill a file box, and a thinner file box or a horizontal file box should be used.

Second, the file box is only a device for filing documents, and does not serve as a storage unit. Therefore, it is not required that the archived documents of the same reason must be in the same file box, and only need to be boxed in the order of arrangement; after one box is full, load the next box in sequence.
